NHR 9200-4960 Battery Module/Pack Test System

The NHR 9200-4960 Battery Module/Pack Test System is a highly versatile and scalable solution for meeting the stringent needs of battery testing in both lab and production settings. This system is ideal for evaluating battery modules and energy storage devices used in electric vehicles, renewable energy storage, and critical power systems. Because of its modular architecture, businesses may begin with as little as 12kW of power and scale up to 252kW as testing requirements increase. 

The NHR 9200-4960 is primarily powered by bi-directional DC power modules, which offer a wide operational envelope and have a charging and discharging range of 0-600V and 8kW to 12kW, respectively. Multiple batteries can be tested simultaneously with different test plans, power levels, and start/stop periods thanks to the modules' ability to function independently or in tandem. This versatility guarantees the best possible use of the test equipment in establishments that deal with a wide variety of battery kinds.

Advanced control capabilities of the NHR 9200-4960 include a touch-panel interface with graphical meters, controls, and panels for macro development. These macros enable complicated test sequences with up to 1000 programmed stages. They can be created on the touch panel or imported from Excel or the user's system controller. The system is perfect for imitating transient situations found in real life since it allows for quick transitions between operating modes, with current change times of less than 5 ms and current reverse durations of less than 10 ms.
Regenerative power is a major advantage of the NHR 9200-4960. It recovers and transforms more than 87% of the energy wasted as heat during battery discharge into electrical power. Through the reduction of the carbon footprint, this function not only lowers the need for cooling, but it also increases energy efficiency.
